Returns & Refunds Policy

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order. If the return request is made after this period, we may not be able to accept your return. How to Request a Return

To request a return, you must send an email to [email protected]. In your email, include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond to your request within 3-5 business days with further instructions. Please ensure that your email is clear and contains all necessary information to expedite the process.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that provides tracking. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing Time

Damaged or Defective Items
